Ben Pham is a founder and Creative Director and Paul Miller, Designer and Creative Director at Character a San Francisco-based branding agency.

Ben has worked with well-recognized companies such as Nike, Amazon, Adobe and Restoration Hardware as well as partnering with early-stage companies to build their brands. Ben is passionate about propelling brands by elevating their uniqueness. It is his goal to create meaningful and memorable brand experiences through identity, packaging, retail and digital media.

Paul is Designer and Creative Director who graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University and majored in Communication Arts and Design. With eighteen plus years of brand, interactive, and traditional design experience. Prior to joining San Francisco design agency Character in 2012, Paul had designed and lead programs for such clients as Adidas, Smithsonian, Heath Ceramics, and Google, to name a few.

At Character Paul specializes in working on integrated brand, product, and service experiences for globally recognized brands such as Adobe and Logitech. In concert with developing brand and design strategies for his clients, his passion for tactical detail and the formal aspects of design keeps him hands-on busy with his love of identity, print, and packaging applications.
