Just in time for Pride, art director and designer Zipeng Zhu of Dazzle Studio has collaborated with Jonathan Van Ness’s haircare line JVN and designed the packaging for a special-edition version of one of their most popular products—the Air dry Cream, an absolute must-have product for reducing frizz and maintaining some serious hold.
The outer packaging sports the usual boldly colorful razzle-dazzle style of Zipeng Zhu and carries a swirl of penetrating rainbow colors and near-gradients. The elegantly designed packaging designed for Pride essentially slaps the rainbow on the box, melts it down, and whirls it about into a calming melange of bright, glowing color.
