There’s an unspoken decadence about hazelnut spread, but La Tonda Dolci is a brand that has visualized indulgence through its packaging. Designed by Aptum, the modern packaging and intoxicating typography system overwhelm the design with pure fulfillment and dessert bliss.

The “Tonda Gentile Trilobata”, or “Nocciola Piemonte”, is a variety of IGP hazelnut produced in Lower Piedmont (Italy), including some areas of Cuneo, Asti, and Alessandria. Hence the name of the brand, a small local producer of totally natural and artisanal spreadable creams. We’ve thought the design to convey the craftsmanship and the handmade but with freshness and modernity. To do this, we used this spreadable font and these colors that recall the shades of autumn and hazelnuts.
