Many, especially visitors, have long considered Mexico a magical, mystic place with a seemingly painted landscape awash in colors unseen anywhere else. When visiting the Mexican state of Jalisco, Jaja tequila founder Emmett Shine and designer Matthew Haysom were reminded of the works of Henri Matisse and Mark Rothko when witnessing how the sunset changed the landscape.
