Stitch Design Co. created design, logo and identity for Hannah Bergen’s vintage heirloom kits, launching this fall.

Each kit features a beautiful woven, sky blue case with custom sections for different sized paper tags, scissors and other low-tech accessories to help people collect and document stories and information about a piece of furniture, art, tableware or object.
