Quick Service Restuarant (QSR) chain McDonald’s has announced two new additions to its sauce lineups in the United States. Joining Sweet and Sour, BBQ, Buffalo, Ranch, and Honey Mustard are Sweet and Spicy Jam and Mambo.

Inspired by breakfast, Sweet and Spicy Jam has a kick from red peppers, cayenne, and Szechuan peppercorns and is finished with apple cider vinegar for tanginess. McDonald’s recommends trying the Sweet and Spicy Jam on AM items like sausage McMuffins, hash browns, and lunch and dinner fare like McNuggets and french fries.

Mambo, on the other hand, is a tomato-based sauce inspired by the Washington D.C. staple. McDonald’s suggests adding Mambo sauce to its Quarter Pounder with Cheese, McCrispy sandwich, and fries.
