Nutritional supplement and energy drink brand Ghost has announced it’s expanding into the food category with a new line of protein-packed cereals made in partnership with General Mills.
Ghost’s protein breakfast cereals, available in peanut butter and marshmallow, contain 18 and 17 grams, respectively. Ghost’s Marshmallow cereal also features Lucky Charms-ish marshmallow pieces.
Ghost’s branding and packaging design depart from the nostalgic approach of other high-protein cereals like Magic Spoon and Off Limits. The cereal boxes look similar to the rest of Ghost’s product line, with the logo dominating the front. The bottom of the boxes is faux sticker bombed for cool points. Graphics and typography are high-energy, which feels on par with the Ghost brand.
