The packaging design for Angry Orchard’s new range of canned cocktails, designed by Vault49, combines the brand’s already established, unruly identity with an updated cocktail-oriented aesthetic. The brand’s gnarly tree character has been re-drawn to take center stage and reaches out with the matching cocktail served in each can, showcasing custom glassware tailored to complement each drink.
The familiar Angry Orchard apple is placed above the wordmark, with twisting branches framing the design, preserving the brand’s identity while adding a fresh touch. The cocktail within inspires the color palette and enhances shelf presence, ensuring these drinks stand out in the crowded RTD category.
