Starburst Makes TikTok Dreams Come True With Official Little Lad Halloween Costume

Way back in the early 2000s, before “TikTok” meant anything besides the sound a clock makes, STARBURST released an advertisement for their Berries & Creme product.

The commercial features two teenage boys sharing the snack while a “little lad” frolics into the frame, excited that someone else is as passionate as he is when it comes to berries and creme. While this commercial aired in 2007 and was since forgotten by many, TikTok users have repurposed the sound bytes and character, with more than 1.2 billion views with #berriesandcream.

Because of that viral popularity, STARBURST has released the official Little Lad costume contest just in time for Halloween.
