Savory-flavored sodas are nothing new. For instance, Jones Soda has whipped up turkey-and-gravy-flavored soft drinks for the holidays, which will go nowhere past our lips, and in Japan, wasabi-flavored Ramune soda exists as well. Even Mountain Dew recently got into the weird-soda game with a Flamin’ Hot limited release.

But instant ramen brand Nissin has decided to give it a go in the soda game for the 50th anniversary of their signature Cup Noodles.
