

Feeding into the Atlantic Ocean, the Chesapeake Bay is the largest estuary in the United States. Living near the bay means easy and plentiful access to tasty sea critters such as oysters, shrimp, “lake trout,” and crabs. It would make sense that the fine folks of Charm City would come up with Old Bay seasoning, a blend of spices that complements seafood, practically anything fried, and even side dishes like mac and cheese and coleslaw.
As versatile as Old Bay might be, is vodka a step too far?
