But Cinnamon Toast Crunch has announced a new, third way for breakfast—burn-your-bumhole spicy.

CinnaFuego Toast Crunch (fuego is Spanish for fire) combines the General Mills brand’s signature cinnadust with a spicy pepper kick. The limited-edition cereal’s pouch features cinnamojis feeling the heat. One cinnamoji has flames in its eyeballs, another has steam blowing out its ears, and another has the top of its head ablaze. In the background, black fire comes surrounded by orange and red flames and trails of cinnadust.
