If you’ve never looked at liquor nips or hotel bottles of ketchup and fantasized about building a tiny village made up exclusively of doll-sized objects, well, you and I aren’t the same (and that’s fine! Great, even! Variety is the spice of life!). However, if you have indulged in similar flights of fancy, you’ll be as thrilled as we were to discover Bracom Agency’s almost alarmingly endearing gift box design for Cafe de Papa.
In this stunning creative collaboration, the Vietnamese studio and coffee company took inspiration from the iconic old-fashioned charm of a Parisian street corner. Cafe de Papa’s wares come housed in their own little green kiosk, complete with a charming striped awning, retro street sign, and elegant gold foil accents. While this whimsical, exquisite box is obviously the highlight, what’s in it is nothing to shake a stick at either. The accompanying bags and tins take the brief in a more modern direction, adding confident serif typography and psychedelic swirl details to the stripe motif while a sweet gold window icon nods to the charming tiny village theme at the center of the packaging.
