While it’s hard to find more appealing sundries than the kind someone made just for you, something that at least looks like it was is a close second. For a collaboration with Norwegian comedian Truls Svendsen, Meir Distilleries created such an object in the form of their charming Truls Svendsen Aquavit.
Thanks to smart design by Keep, the bright wax seal makes it easy to imagine artisans crafting these bottles one by one, delicately placing each gilded pink stickers on top of sleek sans serif labels. The end result is a charming vintage apothecary look with a warm, subtly feminine aesthetic. We especially love the photography’s juxtaposition of the bottle’s soft, playful colors in a rustic warehouse with friendly, bearded men enjoying a tipple.
