Busy coffee drinkers shouldn’t have to sacrifice on beautiful designs for the sake of clarity. Thankfully, the design for Taylors of Harrogate provides a design system that is not only beautiful, but easy-to-read and distinguishable in a crowded coffee aisle. The backdrop of the design comes in various bold colors, with a texture as if the bag has been painted onto. The white label has a roof, a nod to the fact that some of the best cups of coffee are sipped in the comfort of your own home. Each variant has a 3D typeface that allows the type of bean in each bag to jump out at the consumer, making selecting your perfect blend a breeze.
Turner Duckworth, the global design agency located in the U.S. and the U.K., recently worked with British coffee roaster, Taylors of Harrogate, on the modernization of its packaging to bring to life the brand’s character and creativity.
