For over 50 years, Andriotis has been in the olive oil business. The family company specializes in the trade and processing of olive oil, and they pride themselves in their extensive knowledge on the product and the special care they put into creating it. Chris Trivizas created the packaging for the limited edition Kopos, Andriotis’ latest product.

“‘Kopos’ olive oil is a high quality product, carefully selected from locations around Greece. Its name, the Greek word for ‘toil,’ reflects the hard work that lies behind the production and processing of this quality olive oil that we believe will add taste to your everyday dietary needs.”

“In order to improve the crop quality, the olive trees are pruned when necessary. The branches are collected and once they have been selected and processed they become caps for the olive oil packaging.”

Kopos’ packaging is strikingly different from other olive oils on the market. The cylindrical bottle stands tall, giving it a sleek appearance. A delicate, thin serif font is used in a light green color, just like the lovely hue of the oil inside. Inside the “O” of olive, a smaller oval shape appears, making it look like the pit inside of an olive. The wooden caps give Kopos a touch of earthiness and remind the buyers of the ingredients that go into the product, and they also make each bottle one-of-a-kind.
