Each year Parfums Salvador Dali, owned by Confiluxe, commission a young designer to design the packaging for new perfumes within their line. This year’s project – Little Kiss – was designed by a French artist Mikael Carriau. Carriau designed both the flacon and the outer packaging. The inspiration for the design came from the famous lips created by Dali himself. “The Dali lips and his woman with a flower head were my sources of inspiration. With them in mind, I created this surrealist garden inhabited by a whimsical flower whose curves evoke a woman’s body” (cosmeticnews)
