Blue Point Brewing Blueberry Ale Packaging Is Reversing Our Case Of The Blues

Published

Bardo Industries and Nick Liefhebber worked together to create the show-stopping packaging for Blue Point, and with a name like Bluepoint, you can bet your bottom dollar that the packaging design reflects the color. The Blueberry Pale Ale has a gorgeous illustration design on the outside of the box with a smaller version on the front of the can. It’s all things bright, perfect for sipping with your toes in the sand or (don’t tell your boss) as a Friday mid-afternoon WFH pick me up.

Blue Point Brewery is a brewery in Patchogue on the South Shore of Long Island, which opened up in 1998. In 2014, Blue Point partnered with Anheuser-Busch to bring Blue Point to more mouths across the country. Their operations, brewing, and management are still in Patchogue, N.Y., and that dockside vibe still inspires everything they do, including brewing beers with local oyster shells, beach plums, and seaweed.
