Shannon is Managing Director at Chase Design Group, a creative branding agency with studios in Los Angeles, New York, and Bristol, UK. For the past 20 years, she’s worked with household names such as Procter & Gamble, L’Oréal, and Unilever—helping their brands connect with people in innovative, meaningful ways. She started her career at Chase’s LA office back in 2004 and later played a key role in opening the UK studio, where she now leads the team and mentors up-and-coming talent. Curious by nature and passionate about people, Shannon believes the best brands (and the best teams) are built on strong relationships. Outside of work, she loves crocheting, diving into a good sci-fi book, and hanging out with her family and their over large dog.
