Nick is a Partner and Creative Director at creative agency Free The Birds. He has over 25 years of experience boldly reimagining how brands engage with the world and reinventing the everyday for the better: from immersive brand experiences to digital design and sustainable packaging. From the acclaimed relaunch of Waitrose’s brand identity to reshaping the direction of home and personal care brands like Dove and Lenor, it’s Nick’s unique ability to unite his team and clients around his vision that sets him and the agency apart as highly sought after creative partners. Prior to joining DewGibbons+Partners, which he later relaunched as Free The Birds with Sara and Paul, Nick worked at Interbrand and Jennings, where he honed his skills creating retail environments for House of Fraser and Mothercare, as well as innovative visitor experiences for the London Science Museum. Nick combines all of this experience with enviable creative rigour, attention to detail and endless curiosity about the future of design, which has led him and his team to win multiple Pentawards and DBA Design Effectiveness awards: proof that beautiful thinking really does create lasting impact.
