Zero Co is an Australian-based home cleaning and personal care brand working to rid the planet of rubbish by creating products that minimize waste through refill systems. Initially, they offered refills packaged in pouches intended to be returned when emptied. 

Except, it didn’t really work. Zero customers were only sending back 42% of pouches, so it wasn’t quite the closed-loop system the brand was shooting for.
