We are a vibrant design and innovation agency seeking a talented Sr. designer to join our Chicago team. Designers at DuPuis represent the heart and soul of our team. They are responsible for generating and refining the ideas that make up the backbone of each project, while also supporting a larger team. Designers at DuPuis enjoy the freedom to work on a variety of projects and clients. At DuPuis, we pride ourselves on our ability to solve a broad range of visual and strategic problems

The ideal candidate will be:

• Very passionate about typography and brand design
• Excited to partner with our strategy team to create work that is both visually stunning & strategically sensible
• A great thinker and curious innovator
• Able to consistently hit objectives as well as deliver dynamic, inspired ideas to solve problems
• Responsible for conceptualization and design of solutions through completion
• A true team player with a consistent focus on client and co-worker empathy
• Tackle a variety of projects simultaneously in a dynamic work environment
• Experience working for branding, package design, or strategic design agency a plus.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• 5 + years of design experience 
• Well-skilled in Illustrator and Photoshop
• 3-D animation and web design knowledge a plus
• Highly Collaborative
• Creating pivotal design solutions through completion
• Solid strategic thinker
• Mentorship to junior design talents
