Lead our design process, developing holistic brand identity systems while ensuring the work is thoughtful and delivers impact for our clients' businesses and our internally-developed companies

Guide and influence all creative work, working with both our internal team and external freelancers, ensuring that design is impeccable and aligned with brand strategy

Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and confidence, serving as a creative expert during our brand process

Lead any updates to our agency branding and identity

Collaborate across disciplines to continue evolving and improving our internal process

Mentor designers and junior design team members and identify opportunities for growth, nurturing the team's talents and strengths through training and support

Contribute thought leadership to marketing efforts and other profile building initiatives.


Brand building experience within creative or branding agencies, crafting compelling visual identities that span a variety of platforms and touchpoints with relevant experience across consumer packaged goods in particular.

Solid foundation in art direction and graphic design

Exceptional design aesthetic that is unconventional yet memorable with a solid grounding in typography

Experience with luxury and/or consumer packaged products brands in industries like food, beverage, beauty, wellness, and hospitality

Ability to work across a wide range of categories

Demonstrated track record of managing creative teams and delivering impactful work that is disruptive and boundary-pushing

Determined and ambitious with a clear point of view and a leader inside and outside the organization

Strategic thinking skills and a passion for critical analysis and problem-solving

A curious and entrepreneurial mindset

Effective communication skills and a natural style of building relationships

Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
