Description
The Creative Director will report into the CMO and be responsible for supporting building a distinctive and loved brand in MUSH. This person will continue to drive a distinctive and consistent visual identity for MUSH that will drive brand awareness and trial. You will combine your training in design and creative strategy with a strong sense of process and focus on executional excellence. The role will involve ensuring that all assets from packaging, in-store, online visuals, SMS, email, video and motion content will be consistent visually and verbally. The role will also involve designing and supporting breakthrough campaigns partnering with the marketing team as well as building and managing a network of content creators. Its a really exciting time to be joining the brand as we are seeing a lot of momentum and you can really make a mark on a young upcoming start up and team.
Qualifications
- Brand Look & Feel – Work with the CMO to take new brand positioning and bring it to life. Ensure visual & verbal consistency across all the whole consumer journey. Own the brand book, guardrails and be the brand guardian to deliver exceptional results
- Manage and Coach - Manage the Customer Experience Designer to adapt and design content, provide both technical support in graphics and overall coaching. Help to build out the creative function and hire talent
- Social Media – Set the creative direction for our current content strategy that the social media manager can create into a content calendar for social media. Support the build out of a network of creation partners to deliver high quality distinctive consumer relevant content
- Ecommerce/In Store/Performance Ads - Identify the consumer path to purchase online and the best content to drive traffic and conversion to the website including managing the content calendar for our email and text content Partner with the marketing team to ensure we have consistent and impactful visual and verbal content
- Retail Marketing – Create materials for in store and 'etail', including email, text, website templates and content that maximize brand awareness and trial partnering closely with Marketing and Sales
- Campaigns - Generate big ideas for 360 creative campaigns from direct TV to events/stunts
