Magic Spoon is looking for a Creative/Brand Director who will oversee all aspects of digital and brand design. Our Creative/Brand Director will translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative campaigns that effectively engages targeted audiences and maintain consistency across all touch points, producing a seamless experience across digital and physical brand touch points. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and visionary creative to make a massive impact a growing brand and build an in-house design team.


  • Take ownership of all online and offline design initiatives
  • Oversee, lead and mentor team of talented graphic designers, photographers and copywriters
  • Ensure that Magic Spoon’s established look-and-feel and voice is successfully implemented across projects, helping to maintain consistency across all channels
  • Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively
  • Develop and maintain a strong, innovative and well defined design language for the brand
  • Establish guidelines for all applications of the graphic identity of the brand including packaging, page layouts, typography and interaction design
  • Maintain packaging standards and help evolve visual systems as we continue to grow into new markets, partnerships, legal requirements, etc.
  • Develop innovative concepts and specifications for graphic design related projects that achieve brand objectives and project timelines
  • Work with the Brand Marketing Director to conceptualize campaigns that deliver on business goals
  • Provide direction for web and interaction design
  • Monitor and ensure overall quality of all design output
  • Ensure consistency of design guidelines across all channels and brand touchpoints
