You will need to be sharp and a keen leader. • Sell in concepts verbally and visually to clients to win pitches, Write valid creative rationales that resonate with the client, making a positive difference to any presentation by communicating about the creative in a passionate relevant and inspiring way • Help the client to believe that our solution is not only great but will be great for them. • In group discussions with the design team and account service, develop and convey arguments and rationales for every concept, not just your own. • Infect the design and account service team with enthusiasm for your designs. • Extend ideas beyond packaging to be a wider campaign. • Help account service to build an argument to sell the idea to the client and prepare responses to possible questions.
