We are looking for a Senior Creative Artworker to join our growing team, someone who has a true eye for detail that can be the guardian of all creative work leaving the studio. Our creative is only as good as what the consumer ends up holding in their hand, it will be your job to make sure that our vision for a packaging solution is carried through from design to production. You will be responsible for artworking all packaging, creating brand assets for screen and print, creating brand guidelines, building relationships with printers and suppliers, and making sure we are always at the forefront of packaging printing and manufacturing technology in the drinks industry. You will report to the Creative Director and work as a key part of an incredible creative team. You will have experience behind you that gives you the confidence to make improvements to the finish of work and a level of perfectionism that ensures everything that leaves the studio is of the highest standard. Responsibilities include: Being the guardian of all work leaving the studio, Artworking all packaging for print and screen, Use print knowledge to enhance Thirst’s creative output, Producing brand guidelines, Preparing creative presentations, Visualising design assets across wider brand worlds (from pack to advertising, merch, environments and beyond), Taking creative across different SKUs and brand touch points, Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, Keeping the wider design team educated on new developments in materials, sustainability and manufacturing. A successful applicant will have: 3-5 years experience in a similar role, Ability to demonstrate significant experience artworking packaging, A track record in working positively with others, A track record of building relationships with suppliers, An eye for detail and passion for finishes and embellishments,
