Nu Mexico Welcome Kit

Nubank, also known as Nu in Mexico, is a digital bank based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, which has become the largest fintech in Latin America. Nubank rapidly became the best bank in Brazil according to Forbes, and in 2019 it expanded its operations to Mexico City in hopes of creating a technology, data science and design hub. With no physical bank branches, our challenge was to create an extraordinary and memorable experience for their new users in Mexico. In collaboration with the Nu team, we created a Welcome Kit as a unique way to deliver the credit card to new members. This included different branded elements, such as an instructional card for activating the credit card, a postcard with a personalized illustration by Cezar Borje, a sticker and a cellphone card holder. Each element was thought in detail to create a unique and memorable experience from this kit. We carefully chose and crafted each element to ensure the users would get a special and unforgettable experience from the kit.
