We've seen droppable tablets for the beverage industry popping up this year, and now we're seeing it in the baby care industry.
Goodnest is the first reusable silicone baby wash bottle. With three-in-one dissolvable tablets, refillable baby balm, and on-the-go magic wash sheets that help eliminate water waste and single-use plastic, the brand promotes accessible eco-friendly lifestyles.
"Parents have a plethora of options in the baby care aisle, but at the end of the day, it comes down to quality products," says Dan Doll, Goodnest Managing Partner, in a press release. "Goodnest's dream is to change the way parents and families fundamentally use sustainable and safe products—so we launched this first-of-its-kind line to address these priorities."
The washes and balms are paraben, phthalate, and dye-free, and for every product sold, the brand promises to donate a month's worth of clean water to a community in need. Plus, the products are safe to use, and the brand's packaging is highly approachable.
The soft color options and soothing packaging design create a warm environment, perfect for a baby care product. Instead of entirely dwelling on the sustainable brand mission, Goodnest also mindfully created a brand that parents could connect with, one that's light, sweet, and charming. The delicate shape of Goodnest's baby wash is called the "soothing set," further proving the brand's approach.
The outer box packaging offers an educational approach, helping guide consumers' purchasing decisions. Yet, once the outer box is open, the brand is less focused on sharing the educational technique and more about creating a product that parents would feel proud to have on display.
Balancing the sustainability side of a brand with one that's relaxing and beautiful can be challenging, but Goodnest showcases how the guided approach can work on the outer box while the simplicity can remain confidently within.
