Brami's Nurturing Packaging System

Brami is a pasta brand that has transformed pasta into a better-for-you, protein-forward, plant-based product, all inspired by the ancient Italian lupini super bean. The brand's packaging, designed by Wedge, features bright yellow hues reminiscent of pasta, bold typography, and lovely pasta illustrations. Altogether, these elements create a welcoming and nurturing packaging system.
Brami is reimagining the Italian pantry from pasta, aperitivo snacks, and more, into better-for-you, protein-forward, plant based products, inspired by the ancient Italian lupini superbean. Think new gen staples like super high-protein, low carb, lupini bean meets semolina flour pasta. They’re taking tradition and breaking it just a little. Delicious, craveable, and ultra nutritious.
Our design team sought to modernize what "new generation Italian products" can look and feel like, while maintaining cultural authenticity and soul, in designing the brand identity and packaging family. The "iconic bean shape" and dominant yellow is inspired by the golden lupini, and the custom logomark is inspired by Roman architecture. Food illustrations are painted to evoke quality and nourishment for products made the old school way with modern ingredients for today. The snacking beans feature vibrant colors to evoke the bright flavors.
