Heinz Announces Chef-Inspired '57 Collection'

Sure, Heinz is known for its ketchup and continues innovating the popular tomato-based condiment. Still, the brand keeps an eye on culinary trends and has viewed everyone's Instagram and TikTok accounts, where they sauce it up with infused honey and chili crisps.
Heinz, feeling the FOMO, has announced a new line of contemporary condiments inspired by current culinary trends.
The new Heinz 57 Collection includes a Black Truffle Honey, Hot Chili Honey, Chili Pepper Crisp, Mandarin Orange Miso Crisp, and Roasted Garlic Crunch. Heinz worked with chefs Lee Wolen and Joe Frillman to create new condiments that are approachable yet experimental for consumers more accustomed to staples like ketchup.
Packaging includes deep, bold colors; the honey bottles have a background with broad paint strokes, while sponge-like swatches appear on the crisp packaging. The labels are reminiscent of modern art hung on the walls of fancy, hip restaurants. Heinz’s signature keystone finds prominent placement on the front, and the chic “57” with a partial circle set against the black background has nightclub logo vibes. Founder HJ Heinz’s signature also shows up on the honey bottles’ tamper evident seals and the crisps’ jar lids.
“As an iconic brand, Heinz aims to accelerate culinary trends and create pathways for everyday consumers to discover vast culinary culture in their own homes,” said Ashleigh Gibson, head of marketing & strategy, Heinz, in a press release. “With the increase in chef-inspired cooking, the Heinz 57 Collection enhances consumers’ culinary creations and transforms traditional dishes into dynamic creations.”
Heinz 57 Collection is available nationwide in major retailers.
