Carbone, an Italian restaurant operated by Major Food Group, has locations in Manhattan and is known for being the city’s celebrity hot spot with impossible to get reservations.
Yet, if you can’t get a reservation to the city’s hottest Italian eatery, grab your jars and get ready to refill because the on-tap experience allows for all the same flavors, just at home. Created for the UNFANCY cocktail party in New York after the beloved Fancy Food Show, the inventive tap impacts the packaging and restaurant industries. While you couldn’t bring your own jar for refill purposes, just imagine how magical the world would be if you could bring your own mason jar to your local grocery store and refill it.
