Busch Light and John Deere Team Up To Support Farmers

by Bill McCool on 05/09/2022 | 2 Minute Read

Busch Light and John Deere have joined together on a new campaign supporting Farm Rescue, a non-profit organization that provides immediate assistance to farmers facing hardship. The campaign includes limited edition packaging and a giant-sized cornhole competition using tractors to launch hay bales at an oversized board.

The limited-edition cans, called “For the Farmers,” swaps Busch’s cool blue palette for John Deere’s signature green and yellow. Cans feature John Deere machinery in a grain field with mountains in the background. The front features Busch Light branding with John Deere’s logo underneath the beer’s mark. The outer packaging closely follows the can design, with a tractor in the foreground and another machine in the background in a field and Busch Light and John Deere logos on the front panel.

“Farm Rescue is honored to be the beneficiary of this incredible joint effort between Busch Light and John Deere,” said Bill Gross, founder and president of Farm Rescue, in a press release. “Both companies have been incredible supporters of our mission, and this latest partnership truly solidifies their commitment to American agriculture. Although farmers only represent one percent of the total population, they have a big responsibility in feeding the world. With the money raised through this one-of-a-kind promotion, Farm Rescue will be able to extend a helping hand to many more farm families in crisis.”
