FIX is one of the largest charcuterie and meat products industry in Albania. The project included the complete rebranding of the company and upwards of 40 packaging designs. The company is positioned as a large, reliable market leader, but also wants to highlight its artisanal-like attention to detail and emphasis on producing high-quality products.

We created three distinct packaging types to correspond with the three tiers of products. In the superior tier, the high-quality paper, the combination of black backgrounds with gold embossed details and the exceptional construction communicate the premium character of the products. The provenance of the meats is implied through the distinctly shaped cut-outs that allow consumers to view the contents.

In the second and third tiers, we utilize distinctive elements of the brand, including the company’s “sturdy” logo, the signature tagline and the “torn” graphic treatment, to create characteristic packaging that is differentiated from the visual noise of the market segment. Specifically for the organization and management of nutritional and other mandatory information that must appear on the packaging, we developed an efficient system in the form of a table with micro- typographic treatment, that allows us to incorporate the data into the graphic design, instead of competing with it.
