Luna Bay Booch's Limited Edition Raspberry Rose Celebrates Women's History Month

Luna Bay Booch says it is the first and only female-founded and operated hard kombucha company in the US. Luna Bay makes 6% ABV that is naturally fermented, resulting in a hard kombucha, a healthier-for-you alcoholic beverage naturally low in sugar, vegan, filled with probiotics, and gluten-free.
To commemorate Women’s History Month, Luna Bay Booch will release a limited-edition flavor, Raspberry Rose. The packaging, designed in-house by Taylor Bastone, celebrates feminine strength through the use of a moon crescent, a longtime symbol of female empowerment, and copy along one side that reads “She Moves, She Grows, She Shines, She Blooms.” A light purple dominates the label, and the background has cloud-like graphics of raspberries and crescents. “Handcrafted in Chicago, IL” is replaced with “Inspired by a female voice.”
Women’s History Month is declared annually in March and, of course, recognizes women's contributions to society and events in history. In the US, Women’s History Month began as a national celebration in 1982 as a Women’s History Week. After successful petitioning from the National Women’s History Alliance, Congress expanded it for the entire month of March.
Raspberry Rose hard kombucha will be available for sale starting March 1st, and Luna Bay Booch has pledged an undisclosed percentage of sales of the limited-edition flavor to the Global Fund for Women, a non-profit organization that funds gender justice causes.
