BAMBUYU’s Lively Toilet Paper Packaging Brings The Category To Life

Published

Toilet paper packaging is boring, sterile, and lifeless. And, beyond the sluggish packaging, the products are often wrapped in plastic and bleached with chemicals. So PG Brand Reforming worked with Bambuyu, a planet-friendly toilet paper brand made from 100% bamboo, to create a lively packaging system. The bright colors, oversized patterns, and stunning sans-serif typeface work together to create a luxe yet playful experience that’ll liven up any bathroom space.

Our agency task was to create a brand that would look good in the washroom, but we never expected toilet paper to become an Instagram star. Social networks did their job and BAMBUYU’s brand perception started to grow rapidly, thanks to the free media coverage on UGC platforms. The BAMBUYU producer discovered an insight, committing our design would look great in other rooms: in the guest room, in the bedroom, and in the kitchen.

Therefore, wide paper towels and convenient facial tissues in square boxes appeared in the product range. We kept everything in a single design, bright and noticeable, which will look appropriate and cheerful in any interior, despite the simplicity and indispensability of this product.
