Cannabis brand Bloom, an early forerunner in the recreational cannabis vape market, has been in business since 2014. Eight years later, more legal markets have opened, and consumer interest has only grown. The composition of the cannabis consumer base has also changed, attracting individuals that haven’t participated in the medical or underground market.

Bloom recently saw a need for a brand refresh to reach a national audience with branding that avoids stereotypical cannabis tropes while communicating confidence in the company’s expertise and product quality. Bloom went to the agency Hide Tide to develop the overall strategy, visual identity, art direction, web design, and packaging.
