Chokis Releases a Line Of Limited-Edition Brand Merch

These days brand identities cover more than just the product they’re selling. 

PepsiCo Latin America recently unveiled a limited-edition Choko-Mint version of the classic Chokis cookies that features matching swag, pushing the beloved brand into the realm of branded merchandise. Chokis, of course, is the best-selling chocolate chip cookie in Mexico, the Mexican counterpart of our American Chips Ahoy.

The line features a matching sweater, tote bag, slides, a mug to fill with milk for dunking, and even a scarf if the mint flavor gets too chilly for you. All products share the design of the red fluid swirls against a white background and accents of the signature Chokis blue.

Chokis are not the first to broaden into branded merchandise. It’s been a strategic move for brands as long as merch has been trendy. Cheetos did it in 2019 when they collaborated with Forever 21 for a line of themed items and Coca-Cola dedicated UK pop-up shops selling high-end fashion.

The limited-edition line is currently available in Mexico.
