As someone who currently feeds my dog Fromm, I’ve always wondered why the bag was so, well, dark. The pet food brand has been around since the early 1900s and is known for its gourmet pet foods.
California State University student Megan Ng redesigned the pet food packaging for her Intro to Graphic Design class in a colorful way that stays true to the brand’s premium characteristics. While implementing fun colors, Megan was sure to keep the overall design sleek through oversized illustrations and simplistic black typography.
Just because a brand is a premium doesn’t mean that it can’t also be playful, and Megan’s packaging proves just that.
