The geometrical elements paired with a natural-inspired and easy-to-read typeface make this product feel like it's a part of the health food category. Still, those funky color combinations are the real drivers for the delicious and delectable flavors within.

Cocacao is a chocolate treat cooked up by a local Portland company, led by a husband and wife team. Together, they found some miraculous way to turn coconut oil, coconut nectar, and cacao powder into twelve bites of paradise. We put the simplicity of ingredients at the center of the packaging and developed a color system that is simple, modern, and eye-catchingly bright. We crafted copy for each panel of the box, inside and out, to build a fun, inviting world for each flavor.
