A premium yet authentic brand from the visual identity to the printing material, our goal was to create a simple and powerful product that stood out from all of the pre-existing competitors on the market. It was critical that the brand identity and packaging felt Barbadian, but not in the cliched way that traditional Barbadian imagery does, but rather in a more polished and modern way. The island's national symbols and culture have been reinterpreted graphically in a series of compositions that invite viewers to connect with various Barbadian's rhythms, through musical instrument and movements that are unique. As a result, Tchawks culturally inspired illustrations, along with funky custom typography, creates an appetizing brand identity full of excitement.
