Rubio & del Amo worked to design colorfully dense, yet simply-illustrated labels for DÃa Wines, a set of wines whose names are indicative of the feelings their flavors and labels evoke.
By using warm and cool colors respectively, incorporating gradients, bold lines, and minimalist cartoon sketches, Rubio & del Amo masterfully crafted the individual labels for DÃa Azul, DÃa Gris, DÃa Nuevo and DÃa Claro. Each box’s design matches the bottle’s landscape design, formatted off-center, in a way that brings emphasis to the already linear nature of the graphic paintings.
