Designed by the international branding and package design studio Chad Michael Studio, Parlor Cay Rum’s packaging is intentionally rough around the edges. Because Parlor Cay is made from scratch, the label is rustic-inspired, giving off a handcrafted aesthetic. The light green paired with the black color system creates an earthy yet balanced feeling, and the typography is island-inspired without being cliche. This is a packaging system well thought out yet not overdone.

Chloe is based out of New Orleans, Louisiana. While she’s a writer by trade, she struggles to write her own bio. All you need to know is that she’s a lover of dirty martinis, a maker of charcuterie boards, and always has her nose in a book but hasn’t mastered doing all three at the same time. If you want to know more, follow her on Instagram @_chloe_gordon_
