Pairing a more medicinal aesthetic with natural handwritten elements was the perfect packaging choice for skincare line AXIS-Y. The juxtaposition within the design adds enough interest to intrigue consumers and also keep them wanting more. While the entire line utilizes similar design and packaging elements, each product is unique enough to be easily differentiated. Plus, those green-blue bottles alone will make you feel squeaky clean and ready to get your day or night started.
“A personalized skincare formula created just for you.” AXIS-Y is a clean beauty brand that uses safe ingredients of EWG green grade. The brand pursues vegan products and opposes animal testing. AXIS-Y’s first product line, 6+1+1 Collection, stands for “6” (plant-derived raw materials) + “1” (key ingredient) + “1” (core technology). The line was created through extensive systematic research and analysis and consists of a variety of products that effectively balance the skin. dyr Joolia has established its own product identity of customized skincare products for consumers through the packaging design of the toner and ampoule that was inspired by medication. We used pictograms to emphasize the unique nature of each product. The design team for AXIS-Y created a new product variation based on the first main design for the toner and ampoule.
