Tired Of That Bitter OJ Taste After You Brush Your Teeth? Get Some Tropicana Toothpaste

Published

Certain flavors, when paired together, taste bad enough to send shivers down your spine. Think mayonnaise paired with jelly, hot sauce and ice cream, oysters and cake frosting—you get the point. And, while yes, those examples are considerably nausea-inducing, one of the most infamously terrible flavor combinations is the pairing of orange juice and toothpaste.

Instead of shying away from the detested flavor pairing, juice brand Tropicana is leaning right in. Recently, the brand announced its own toothpaste that, in fact, combats the repulsive flavor mixture. Created in partnership with Dynamic Blending Specialists, this one-of-a-kind toothpaste comes without sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), the ingredient that causes the bitter aftertaste after drinking orange juice.
