Altomayo Coffee Shows Off Its Pure Origins

One doesn’t often reflect on the pureness of their cup of coffee, but with the redesign for Altomayo, you just might. The coffee can is wrapped in an un-dyed brown parchment paper, reflecting the omission of additives in the coffee, and makes for a bold presentation when it comes to your favorite ritual.

Altomayo was born in 1992, on the shore of the Mayo river on the Peruvian jungle. Since then, it has become one of the most important coffee brands in the marking. They export their product to Europe, being their main destination is Germany.

This year, Altomayo decided to expand it’s presence in the market through the roasting process. We were in charge of designing a special packaging that reflected it’s pure origin and all the qualities of the product. We decided to us carton, two basic inks and foil details to differentiate the two variations of the product: whole bean and grind.
