Chips And Guacamole Inspire The Latest Chocolate Bar From Compartés

Americans eat about 8 pounds of avocados a year, according to the USDA, and it’s easy to see why. The green, egg-shaped fruit is available year-round, and its creamy richness is seductively tempting but chock-full of vitamins and healthy fats. Guacamole is perhaps the most celebrated avocado-starring dish, usually accompanied by chips, and this combination serves as inspiration for premium chocolatier Compartés and the latest iteration of their seasonal Avocado Chocolate Bar.
“To make the best Avocado Chocolate Bar yet, I doubled the avocado and added my favorite chips, Siete Dip Chips, which make the perfect partner for the creamy, rich avocado flavor and are grain-free too,” Compartés founder and owner Jonathan Grahm said in a press release. “This Avocado Chocolate Bar is a flavor experience, unlike any other. People wait for it to come out every year, and I’m always thinking, how can I remix it and make it even better than before? I am confident this is the best Avocado Chocolate Bar in history, and can’t wait for people to try it.“
The box is green and features a pattern of split avocados, pit and skin intact, and triangle chips, forming a pleasing geometric pattern out of the food power combo, all while communicating the uniqueness of the chocolate. Were it not for the brand’s label, white and also triangular, one would never guess that it’s a bar of white chocolate made with avocado and grain-free tortilla chips.
Compartés’ Avocado Chocolate bar is available now for $9.95 while supplies last.
