ALDO mFind Kit Delivers Training In Style

The ALDO Group's app launch was designed to the nines thanks to the design for the ALDO mFind Kit. Crafted to help the associates of ALDO prepare, this training guide packet utilized a plum purple that is warm and inviting. Delivering well-designed instructional packets, training felt like a gift.
After piloting an associate application developed internally (the mFind app), The ALDO Group were preparing for a wide-scale deployment across almost all ALDO stores. To ensure the store teams were well-prepared, the footwear brand mandated us to create a launch kit to equip them with everything they needed to successfully launch.
The kit included a personalized letter from the app team, a launch checklist, training guides, a poster with best practices and a photo backdrop for them to take their app profile photos. The unboxing experience was designed to make them feel like they were receiving a ‘gift’ to create hype around the app and to facilitate engagement and quick learning.
To celebrate the app launch, we set up a booth at the office to showcase the new app, let associates try it out and to give them the opportunity to ask the Product team any questions around the experience, development and deployment of the app.
