Catch A Wave With Coopers Brewery Hazy IPA

Published

Catch a wave! Cooper’s is giving their Hazy IPA fresh life by adorning their traditionally single-color cans with a splash of color. Thankfully, this IPA’s color pallate will have you thinking of peach sunsets on the beach. The way the colors interact and meld will have you dreaming of beautiful days laying out by the waves, and close friends cracking open a few brews.

Coopers has been brewing naturally conditioned ales and stouts for six generations. The new Coopers Hazy IPA is a limited release pale ale and marks the first time in 158 years that an artwork has graced the traditionally single-colour cans.

The design and colour palette are reflective of the distinctive Hazy flavour profile – a creamy-mouth feel and citrus notes of mandarin, grapefruit, tangerine and orange. It also communicates it is still very much part of the Coopers family of beers, retaining the size and position of the legacy Coopers roundel and top-centre script logo.

Inspiration was taken from the Australia’s vast open plains and wild coastlines, set against a mandarin-coloured skyline. The illustration aims to evoke thoughts of socialising with friends in the late afternoon sun, camping vacations and road trips.

Coopers Hazy IPA was designed for 375mL cans. It is sold as a 4x pack and is also available in a 24x cartons.
