Student Week Project: Between the Sheets

This modern, sleek, and sophisticated design concept by Megan Forbes for a sexual health conference for teens and young adults hits the mark when it comes to making the materials hip and accessible.
The color scheme—pink, red, and green—feels fresh and approachable, while the blending of old photos with modern text bubbles and age-appropriate copy make these materials something teens will want to hold on to and revisit.
"This three-day convention for teens ages 14-18 explores aspects of consent, protection, STDs, and everything sex-related. There are also informative guides and worksheets to help students learn.
The goal of the project was to create materials that minimize any awkwardness by having real professionals teach. No more uncomfortable moments between you and your family, or even your crush in class.
This project was ideated, pitched, conceptualized, refined, designed, copy written, crafted, and art directed by me in pursuit of my BFA in Communications Design at Syracuse University."
